Shadow Blossom Pack Weight:250g with an ice-cream like textureTaking inspiration from sister cheese Alp Blossom, Shadow Blossom is enrobed in five different pepper varieties wild Madagascan pepper, long pepper, tailed pepper, Kampot pepper and pink berries plus a hint of cardamom. *A whole Shadow Blossom weighs approximately 6kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese.
